Introduction
The interlock construction locks two layers of rib knit together, producing a fabric that resists edge curl, holds its shape well through repeated washing, and presents a clean face on both sides. In recycled polyester, this means you get the sustainability credentials of rPET combined with a more structured, higher-quality hand feel than jersey — without any change to cutting or sewing workflow on the production side.

For structured garments or premium basics where jersey feels too thin or unstable, interlock is the better fit.
