Recycled Polyester Woven Fabric
-- Steady & Reliable Manufacturer --
Recycled polyester woven fabric is a structured, durable textile made from post-consumer recycled PET yarn, offering wind resistance, dimensional stability, and reliable performance across a wide range of apparel and technical applications. It is a practical choice for brands seeking lower-impact alternatives to virgin polyester wovens.
Introduction
Recycled polyester woven fabric is produced by weaving yarns spun from post-consumer recycled PET fiber, most commonly reclaimed from plastic bottles or post-industrial polyester waste. The woven construction provides greater dimensional stability and tear resistance than knitted recycled polyester alternatives, making it suitable for structured garments and technical end uses.
Available in a range of weave structures including plain, twill, and ripstop, the fabric can be finished with water-repellent, anti-static, or UV-protective treatments as required. It is available with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, supporting brands with verified responsible sourcing commitments.
Nantong Tianhong Textile Technology Co., Ltd. offers recycled polyester woven fabrics with full customization of weave construction, weight, width, color, and functional finish. Our integrated supply chain enables efficient development from sample through to bulk production for apparel and outdoor equipment brands globally.
